Conveyancing Legal Secretary/Associate

Druitts are seeking a Conveyancing Legal Secretary/Associate.

The Role

The successful candidate will have experience in being involved in residential conveyancing from initial instruction through to completion both supporting the fee earners and working independently on post completion and post exchange matters. Previous experience of relevant conveyancing portals, case management systems, good attention to detail and ability to work in a team are essential.

Requirements

  • At least 1 years’ experience in Conveyancing
  • Able to work full or part time (over 28 hours)
  • Great communication skills
  • Knowledge of case management systems and conveyancing portals
  • Able to work in a small team

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for an existing mixed caseload of private client matters. The role will include drafting and advising on wills, estate planning, administration of estates and managing probate files, drafting and advising on powers of attorney, dealing with trusts and court of protection work.
