Shinade is an experienced Residential Conveyancer that has worked her way up in the legal industry from secretary to Chartered Legal Executive. She completed a degree in Law at Bournemouth University, undertaking a placement year in industry and qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in January 2018.
Shinade has over 9 years within residential property across a wide range of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchase to re-mortgages, transfer of equity, new build purchases as well as experience dealing with Help to Buy Scheme, Forces Help to Buy scheme and purchase of retirement homes.
