Debbie is an experienced solicitor in residential and commercial conveyancing and private client.
Debbie qualified in 1989, and currently deals predominantly with property work, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, mortgages, transfers of equity and equity releases. She also has extensive knowledge of wills and probate.
Debbie completed an LLB Law Degree at the University of Warwick before attending the College of Law to complete the Solicitors’ Final Examination.
She has worked in private practice as a solicitor in Cornwall, Hampshire and Dorset and also as a consultant solicitor for LexisNexis, a leading global provider of legal information, drafting and helping to develop a number of precedents.
Debbie took time out from private practice in 2005 to undertake a postgraduate qualification to enable her to teach and lecture. She subsequently taught at Bournemouth University lecturing Legal Practice Course students. She has also taught students studying for the Institute of Legal Executives examinations.
Debbie has a wealth of knowledge within the areas of property and private client, which she utilises to ensure her clients are given the best possible advice and service. She also continues to teach and lecture when time allows.
