| • | Explain what Probate means and what steps need to be taken to obtain it |
| • | Obtain Probate as speedily as possible to enable the estate to be distributed as quickly as practicable |
| • | Advise on any inheritance tax liability and whether it can be reduced |
| • | Advise on any other tax liability |
| • | Explain clearly and in simple language what steps need to be taken before distributions can be made |
| • | Provide full accounts at the end of the estate administration with a clear explanation |
