Lacey Griggs is organising a Family Fun and Games Day. The event at Wallisdown Conservative Club, 8 Canford Road, Wallisdown, Bournemouth BH11 8UA, is to support Parksinson’s UK.
Lacey, a Legal Secretary at Druitts, was diagnosed with Parkinson’s 7 years ago. She decided to help increase the awareness of Parkinson ’s and raise vital funds for research and development. Following a sucessful Iceland Challenge in 2016, which raised £5000 for Parkinson’s UK, Lacey has continued to raise funds to help other affected people. Parkinson ’s UK is a support and research charity passionate about finding a cure and improving life for everyone affected by Parkinson ’s. Lacey has found their support and advice invaluable since diagnosis in 2011.
