Druitts are part of the Bournemouth and District Junior Lawyers Division Foodbank Collection.  The Junior Lawyers asked for volunteer firms to collect donations to the Foodbanks during a month in 2014.  Druitts have been allocated the month of July.

We are simply asking everyone, when you do your weekly shop, to purchase an extra item for the foodbank box from the shopping list below.  Or even just from your cupboard at home and place the items in the Foodbank collection boxes in Reception.

All items donated will be distributed equally between the supported Foodbanks, which are:

The Poole Foodbank, based at Longfleet United Reformed Church, on Longfleet Road, and was formed in conjunction with Faithworks Wessex, and managed by volunteers.

The Bournemouth Foodbank is based at Wessex House, on St Leonards Road in Charminster.  It is a project “seeded” by the Trussell Trust

The items listed are basic, long lasting supplies we all find in our kitchen and include.

Milk (UHT or powdered), Sugar, Fruit Juice Cartons, Soup, Pasta sauces, Tinned Sponge Pudding, Tinned Tomatoes, Cereals, Tinned Rice Pudding,Tea bags, Instant coffee,  Instant Mash Potato, Rice and Pasta, Tinned Meat/ Fish, Tinned Veg, Tinned fruit, Jam, Biscuits or snack bars

If you would like to make a donation just bring it along to our Office between 1 and 31 July 2014 and we will do the rest.
