Druitts are pleased to announce that we have been reaccredited onto the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS)scheme for a fourth year.

This is the mark of excellence was established by the Law Society in 2011 for the home buying and selling process, to encourage and develop higher standards across the sector.   The accreditation provides reassurance to buyers and sellers on the good practice from their conveyancing professional.

Chris Clifford, Director commented: “I was delighted to be awarded this accreditation for the fourth year, it underlines the way we like to do business and how we work to keep improving our conveyancing services.”  Chris continues, “It is also a signal to future home buyers of the service we provide at what is often a stressful time for many people. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest deals most of us ever make. We want to make it as easy for you as we can and will do all we can to make sure everything goes smoothly.”

Druitts underwent assessment in order to secure CQS status, which marks the firm out as meeting CQS standards in the homebuying process.  The scheme requires practices to undergo assessment, compulsory training, self reporting, random audits and annual reviews in order to maintain CQS status. It is open only to members of the Law Society who meet the  standards set by the scheme and has the support of the Council of Mortgage Lenders, the Building Societies Association, Legal Ombudsman and the Association of British Insurers.
